All-time Standings are determined by taking a team's finish in a given year, dividing it by the number of teams, then averaging that across the number of years in the league.
This is to account for the first 6 years of Rotisserie-style play and factors the degree of difficulty when competing against a greater number of teams.
Example: (lower pts are better) Roy gets .05 pts for his 1st in '04 (1st divided by 20 teams = .05) while Lampshade gets .09 pts in '95 (1st divided by 11 teams = .09)
